Customer Value at the Core, Collaboration as the Driving Force
NanoFiltech Hosts Customer Value Workshop to Strengthen Service Excellence and Internal Collaboration
At NanoFiltech, we believe that
customer value is the foundation of sustainable business growth. To further enhance customer experience, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a company-wide culture of continuous improvement, NanoFiltech recently held a Customer Value Workshop alongside a Continuous Improvement Proposal Program training session.
The event brought together the company's leadership team and department managers to explore how every function within the organization contributes to creating greater value for customers through collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation.
Putting Customer Value First
Led by an experienced external management consultant, the workshop combined expert presentations, interactive discussions, and team activities rather than traditional lecture-based training.
The program focused on four key areas:
- Customer value creation
- Internal and external collaboration
- Goal-oriented execution
- Continuous improvement through employee proposals
A key message throughout the workshop was that every employee ultimately serves the customer, and that effective collaboration between departments directly influences the quality, speed, and consistency of
customer service.
Building a Stronger Collaborative Culture
Participants worked in cross-functional groups to discuss practical questions such as:
- Who are the customers of my role?
- What value does my work create?
- How can our processes be improved to better support customers?
These discussions encouraged employees to examine daily workflows from the customer's perspective, identify opportunities for improvement, and share practical ideas across departments.
Turning Ideas into Action
To ensure these concepts translate into measurable improvements, NanoFiltech announced several follow-up initiatives, including:
- Establishing cross-department collaboration and satisfaction evaluations
- Defining internal customer value across teams
- Encouraging employees to submit improvement proposals through the company's continuous improvement platform
The proposal program focuses on areas such as operational efficiency, quality enhancement, workplace safety, process optimization, and organizational collaboration, creating a structured mechanism for continuous innovation.
Leadership Commitment
During the closing session, Chairman Zhao Xinglei emphasized that in today's increasingly competitive advanced materials industry, delivering customer value and exceptional service remains one of the company's greatest competitive advantages.
He encouraged every employee to embrace a customer-first mindset, strengthen accountability, break down organizational barriers, and continuously improve collaboration so that customer value becomes an integral part of every business process.
Looking Ahead
This workshop represents another important step in
NanoFiltech's ongoing commitment to operational excellence and customer success.
Moving forward, we will continue to enhance collaboration across our organization, improve
products and services based on customer needs, and deliver innovative nanofiber material solutions that create lasting value for customers around the world.
