NanoFiltech is pleased to announce that a joint industry–academia research project developed in collaboration with
Zhejiang Sci-Tech University has been officially selected for the
2026 “Pioneer & Leading Goose + X” Science and Technology Program, as recently published by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
The approved project, titled
“Key Technologies for the Controlled Fabrication of Gradient-Structured Air Filtration Materials for Biopharmaceutical Cleanrooms,” was recognized for its strong technological innovation, clear industrial relevance, and significant application potential in high-standard pharmaceutical environments.
The “Pioneer & Leading Goose + X” Program is a provincial-level science and technology initiative established to address critical core technologies and accelerate breakthroughs in strategic industries. Selection into this program represents a high level of technical and innovation recognition.
A Strong Industry–Academia Collaboration
This project builds on the long-term collaboration between NanoFiltech and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. The university brings extensive research expertise and national-level research platforms in fiber materials and textile engineering, with outstanding achievements in functional fiber design and advanced material fabrication.

As biopharmaceutical processes continue to advance, filtration systems must meet increasingly stringent requirements—particularly for the capture of viruses, aerosols, and nano-scale particulate contaminants.
Traditional air filtration materials are approaching performance limits in balancing filtration efficiency, pressure drop, and service life. The gradient-structured air filtration materials developed under this project aim to overcome these challenges through innovative material architecture and controlled fabrication technologies, offering a next-generation solution for high-grade cleanroom environments.
